1. Introduction and Who We Are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the One Goal Pro platform, including the website at onegoalpro.app, the AI coaching service, and all related features and content (together, the “Service”).

The Service is operated by One Goal Pro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17127527), with its registered office at 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We do not knowingly collect data from or provide services to anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will close their account and delete their data.

3. Your Account

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with anyone
• Notify us immediately at hello@onegoalpro.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe may compromise the security of our platform or other users.

4. The Service

4.1 What One Goal Pro provides

One Goal Pro is an AI-powered goal transformation platform. The Service includes:

• An AI-guided discovery interview to identify your goal and psychological profile
• Daily identity tasks generated based on your goal and profile
• Coaching sessions with Coach PO, an AI coach
• Progress tracking, transformation scoring, and weekly reviews
• Optional subscription features depending on your tier

4.2 Coach PO is an AI, not a human

Coach PO is an artificial intelligence system. It is not a human coach, therapist, counsellor, psychologist, or medical professional. Interactions with Coach PO do not constitute professional coaching, therapy, medical advice, or any regulated professional service.

The Service is for personal development and goal pursuit purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health support, medical treatment, or professional coaching. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or emergency services.

4.3 Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, make updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. We will notify users of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

5.1 Tiers

The Service is available on the following tiers:

• The Spark: Free tier with limited AI coach access
• The Forge: Paid subscription with unlimited AI coach access
• The Identity: Paid subscription with unlimited AI coach access and additional features including re-interview

Current pricing is displayed on the pricing page at onegoalpro.app. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

5.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the plan you select. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be added depending on your location.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings section of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.

5.4 Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@onegoalpro.app within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate.

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may have a statutory right to cancel a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase. By using the Service immediately after subscribing, you acknowledge that you have requested immediate access and that your right of withdrawal is lost once the Service has begun. You may still cancel future recurring charges at any time.

6. Your Content

When you use the Service, you may submit content including your goal information, interview responses, reflections, messages to Coach PO, and other personal information (“Your Content”).

You retain ownership of Your Content. By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to use Your Content to provide and improve the Service, including processing it through our AI systems and third-party service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. You must not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our written permission
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Share your account credentials with any other person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, content, Coach PO persona, the PMOS methodology, and all related materials, is owned by One Goal Pro Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the Service may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

The Service involves the processing of personal data, including information about your goals, behaviour patterns, and psychological profile. This data is processed by AI systems and may be shared with our technology providers. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Coach PO will provide advice suitable for your individual circumstances

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, One Goal Pro Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £50.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights are not affected by these limitations. You may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that cannot be excluded.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers including OpenAI (AI processing), Supabase (data storage), Vercel (hosting), Railway (infrastructure), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Google (authentication). Your use of the Service involves data being processed by these providers in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers. Links to third-party services or websites are provided for convenience only and do not constitute our endorsement of those services.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time through the Settings section of the Service. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal retention obligations.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or if we decide to discontinue the Service. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable, except where immediate termination is necessary to protect the Service or other users.

On termination, your licence to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may close your account before the changes take effect.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer based in another part of the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be overridden by this clause.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and One Goal Pro Ltd in relation to the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor company or in connection with a merger or acquisition, without your consent. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
